James L. Carey passed away on June 29, 2018 at the age of 69.
Jimmy lived a full, rich life. He worked at a number of different jobs and participated in Special Olympics, Exceptional Equestrians, and was active in the music program at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Union. He faced challenges with determination and never let a setback dim his bright smile. He felt joy in small things and spread that joy to everyone around him. A member of his church said that to see Jimmy’s face when he sang was to glimpse the love of God.
